The Limestone County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 33-year-old Elkmont man following an investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a child. According to the Sheriff's Office, investigators received a report on August 5 alleging that a child had been sexually abused. Maury County Fire Department crews responded to a head-on collision on Pulaski Highway near the Giles County line at approximately 2:56 p.m. Saturday, August 8. Firefighters arrived to find one person trapped inside one vehicle and six occupants in the other vehicle.
