I have always loved radio. I can remember as a kid, I was the one that ran around with a transistor radio all the time and would even put it under my pillow at night to listen. That love of radio led me to my 40-year career in broadcasting, in which I spent most of my time working mornings. I loved being a part of people’s days and I have met some characters over the years. In November 2019, I decided to head to the couch one final time and retire from WLX. But the passion for the job brought me back part time in the afternoons where I love being able to play music once again and talk with listeners daily. When I am not here you can find me spending time with family and friends or you might catch me on the back nine of a golf course every now and then.
