Rogers School to Conduct Active Shooter Training Exercise Wednesday

Rogers School will conduct an active shooter training exercise Wednesday, September 30.

School officials said the planned exercise will result in an increased presence of law enforcement officers, emergency responders and emergency vehicles on and around the campus.

Officials emphasized that the activity is only a training exercise and there will be no active threat or emergency at Rogers School.

The exercise will allow school personnel and local emergency agencies to work together and practice procedures designed to protect students, staff and the community.
