File New LIHEAP Application October 1

South Central Human Resource Agency’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program begins anew on Oct. 1, and residents are reminded to file a new application. The program helps with home energy costs, with funds prioritized by household vulnerability, including the elderly, disabled and low-income. Applicants must provide a photo ID, recent utility bill, proof of household income for the previous four weeks, and Social Security cards for household members.
