Alice Fay Allen

Alice Fay Allen, age 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, September 21, 2026, at NHC Healthcare Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe David and Lois Gobbell Allen; brothers, Bobby Joe Allen and Norman Allen; sister, Lavonna Marjorie “Von” Allen; sister–in–law, Norma Sue Allen; and her faithful furbaby, Ellie. 

She is survived by four nephews, Tony Allen (Pam) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jeff Allen (Frances) of Lawrenceburg, TN, David Allen (Cindy) of Leoma, TN, and Barry Allen (Laura) of Jasper, TN; several great–nieces, great- nephews, great–great–nieces, and great–great–nephews. Those serving as pallbearers will be Logan Allen, Josh Allen, Kendall Allen, Chris Logsdon, Brock Berryhill, and Micah Allen. 

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff at NHC Scott and Caris Healthcare for their compassionate care. 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 24, 2026, with Allen Black officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
