St. Joseph Leaders Eye Lage Fees for Water Department

St. Joseph leaders have requested that City Manager Chris Jackson draft an ordinance to implement a schedule of fess and penalties associated with late payments for services provided through the city’s water department. The Board of Commissioners is expected to consider the matter at their meeting on October 6.
