Pulaski Fire Department Reports August Response Activity

The Pulaski Fire Department responded to a variety of incidents and conducted several other activities during August.
Firefighters responded to three structure fires, one vehicle fire, one grass fire and seven fire alarm calls.
The department also responded to two motor vehicle accidents involving injuries, one smoke investigation and one gas or carbon monoxide alarm.
Firefighters established two landing zones for air medical helicopters and provided five EMS lift assists, three citizen assists and one agency assist.
During the month, the department also conducted 50 preplanning inspections, participated in two standby events and three training events, and installed one smoke alarm.
