Tolonda M. Jones

Tolonda M. Jones, 66, of Lexington, AL, passed away August 20, 2026.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  

Survivors include:

Sons: Chad Jones (Kristi) & Shane Jones

Daughter: Brandy Naylor (Allen)

Brother: Keith Smitherman

Sisters: Kylah Hill, Leanne Letson & Nikki Simonson

Grandchildren: Kolton Naylor, Kaden Naylor, Kamden Naylor & Brady Pettus

Preceded in death by:

Husband: Ronnie Jones

Parents: William Gerald Smitherman & Ruby Nell Cole Smitherman

Sister: Joan Stutts

Visitation will be Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 12:00 – 2:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Tony Morrow officiating.  Burial will be at Pettus Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be: Kolton Naylor, Kaden Naylor, Kamden Naylor & Brady Pettus.

Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
