Annual Davy Crockett Days Planned for Aug. 21-23

The David Crockett Longhunters and David Crockett State Park have announced the 43rd Annual Davy Crockett Days will be held August 21-23 at the Crockett’s Mill area of the park.  The event is free and open to the public, and will include frontier camps, period costumes, pioneer demonstrations, traditional crafts, blacksmithing, tomahawk throwing, examples of Native American culture and much more.  For more information, call 256-698-9278.
