Shelia Kay Smith

She was born in Pulaski, Tn and was a daughter to the late William C. “Bud” Davis and Imogene R. Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David Lee Smith; her son Roger dale Graves; her sister Janice Parker; and nephew Matthew Parker.

She is Survived by her son Kevin Graves and wife Pamela both of Leoma; her granddaughter Dixie Graves Woodward of Leoma; her brother Richard Davis and wife Debbie both of Pulaski; her sister Sharon Potts and husband David both of Athens; and her 2 stepchildren Alex and Michelle Smith. As well as several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted Saturday August 15th, 2026, at 3pm at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends at the cemetery prior to the service.
