Lawrence County Fire & Rescue Responds to Four Calls Wednesday Morning

Lawrence County Fire & Rescue responded to four calls for service Wednesday morning, including two motor vehicle crashes and two high-priority medical calls.

The first call came in at approximately 3:22 a.m. for a high-priority medical emergency in the Ethridge Fire District.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., crews responded to a commercial motor vehicle rollover crash in the Summertown Fire District. No major injuries were reported, and the scene has since been cleared.

Eight minutes later, at 4:38 a.m., volunteers responded to another high-priority medical call in the Gandy Fire District.

At 7:12 a.m., crews were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the Leoma Fire District.

According to Lawrence County Fire & Rescue, all four calls were answered by trained volunteer personnel.
