Florence PD Warns of Scam

Officials with the Florence Police Department are urging residents to exercise caution any time you receive a phone call from someone claiming to represent the department and asking you to pay money.   While caller ID may make it appear that the call is coming from the department, they say it does not.  Residents should disregard the call and never give out money or personal information.
