Lawrenceburg Rotarian Recognized As Paul Harris Fellow

Rotarian Kevin Corbett was caught completely by surprise during a recent Lawrenceburg Rotary Club meeting when Past President Tiffany Cope presented him with Rotary International’s prestigious Paul Harris Fellow recognition.

Although Corbett joined the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club just over one year ago, he has quickly established himself as one of the club’s most dedicated and dependable members. He has volunteered for numerous Rotary projects and events while also maintaining an impressive record of community service through organizations and initiatives outside Rotary. In presenting the award, Cope noted that Corbett’s willingness to serve wherever needed and his commitment to improving the community exemplify Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self.”

Named for Rotary founder Paul Harris, the Paul Harris Fellow is one of Rotary International’s highest honors. It recognizes individuals whose lives and service reflect Rotary’s commitment to humanitarian service, goodwill, and making a lasting difference in their communities and around the world.
