Lawrence County Schools Announces Open Enrollment for July 8

The Lawrence County School System will hold open enrollment on Wednesday, July 8, for families wishing to request enrollment in a school outside of their assigned attendance zone.

Families interested in out-of-zone enrollment should visit the school they wish to attend on that date.

School officials note that Lawrenceburg Public School, Ethridge Elementary School, and Summertown Elementary School are closed to students who reside outside of those schools’ attendance zones.

In addition, some schools may have individual grade levels closed to out-of-zone enrollment because of capacity. Families are encouraged to contact the school directly to check the availability of specific grade levels.
