Perry Man Faces Domestic Assault Charges

A Perry County man who was allegedly stopped from attacking his ex-girlfriend last week by her sword-wielding, thirteen-year-old daughter, is now facing additional charges. Michael Stone was treated at a Nashville hospital for a sword wound to the face. Once he was discharged, he took a cab back to the home in Perry County.  A deputy who noticed the car at the home was bitten by a dog while attempting to intervene and Stone fled from the premises.  He was later arrested on charges that include aggravated domestic assault.  The teen is being recognized for her brave actions.
