Florence Officials Remind Residents of Fireworks Ordinance

The City of Florence is reminding the public of the dates and hours when fireworks are allowed under city ordinances.  June 20 through July 10 fireworks may be enjoyed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.  The only exception is on July 4 when fireworks are permitted from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m.  Officials are asking resident to enjoy celebrating America’s 150^th birthday, but that everyone do so responsibly and with respect for your neighbors.
