Savannah PD Urges Care With AirSoft Guns

Savannah Police Department reports an increasing number of reports involving gel blaster-style AirSoft guns being used against people on private property.  They remind that these types of guns are intended for recreational use in appropriate settings, but that using them to target people, vehicles, homes, businesses or other personal property can result in criminal charges.  Parents are encouraged to speak with their children regarding the use of AirSoft-type weapons and remind them to be respectful of others, using them only in appropriate environments.
