Giles Inmates Help With Food Distribution

An inmate work crew in Giles County recently assisted the nonprofit organization, Community Rural Food Delivery, sort and prepare food for a community distribution event.  The Giles County Sheriff’s Office seeks opportunities to support local organizations that make a positive impact, while providing inmates with a chance to give back to the community.  Community Rural Food Deliver is an interdenominational food ministry that works to combat hunger by providing food assistance to families and individuals in need.
