Lawrence County Accepting Applications for Accounts Payable Clerk Position

Lawrence County Government is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in the Office of Accounts and Budgets.

The position is based in Lawrenceburg and carries an annual salary ranging from $33,566 to $35,006. Applications will be accepted through June 12.

According to the job posting, the employee will be responsible for processing vendor payments for Lawrence County government, compiling and filing paid invoices, and processing and filing 1099 forms with the IRS.

Preferred qualifications include previous accounts payable experience, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
