Ardmore Fire Rescue Responds to 99 Calls in May

Ardmore Fire Rescue responded to 99 calls for service during May 2026, according to the department’s monthly run report.

Medical calls accounted for the largest share of responses with 65 incidents. Firefighters also responded to 14 motor vehicle accidents, six outside fires, one vehicle fire, and two structure fires.

Other responses included one fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm, three weather or hazard-related calls, and seven good intent calls. The department reported no hazardous materials incidents during the month.

Of the 99 total calls, 84 occurred in Alabama and 15 occurred in Tennessee.
