LUS Announces Temporary Service Interruptions During Software Updates

Lawrenceburg Utility Systems has announced temporary interruptions to several customer service systems during scheduled software infrastructure updates over the next three evenings.

According to LUS, beginning at 4:30 PM each evening from May 20 through May 23, the after-hours phone system and SmartHub app will be unavailable until the following morning.

Officials say the phone payment system and phone outage reporting system will also be unavailable during the overnight update periods.

LUS says dispatchers will continue receiving outage notifications through the utility’s metering system and will respond to outages and service issues as needed.

In the event of an emergency, residents are encouraged to call 911.
