Hazel Polk Keplinger

Hazel Polk Keplinger, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and a member of the Christian Faith. Mrs. Keplinger enjoyed spending time gardening. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus “Lum” and Flora Kilburn; one son, Billy Jean Polk; one daughter, Patricia Polk; and several siblings. 

She is survived by her husband, Oswald Eugene Keplinger of Lawrenceburg, TN; three sons, Daniel Eugene Keplinger (Dana) of Loretto, TN, Bobby Polk (Sharon) of Lebanon, TN, and Danny Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN; nine grandchildren, Billy Polk, Michael Polk, Cassie Urban, Holly Garland, Marty Polk, Katie Henley, Kylie Henley, Corey Keplinger, Alyssa Keplinger; and several great–grandchildren. 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2026, with Tim Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow at Houser Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
