Brenda Peck McDonald

Brenda Peck McDonald, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, May 9, 2026, at her residence. She was a native of Killen, AL, a retired IT Business Administrator, and a member of Ethridge Church of Christ. Mrs. McDonald enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables from the garden, cooking, and catering events. Most of all, she enjoyed shopping with her grandchildren and attending their sports games. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lennon Delano and Ruby Elizabeth Lee Peck of Killen, AL; and her brother, Ronnie Lee Peck of Killen, AL. 

She is survived by her husband Troy McDonald of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Joshua McDonald (Elizabeth) of Summertown, TN; two daughters, Emily Lindsey (Adam) and Rachel Staggs (Nick) both of Summertown, TN; and seven grandchildren, Isabella McDonald, Olivia McDonald, Hannah Lindsey, Hayden Lindsey, Lane Pilkinton, Harper Pilkinton, and Brimley Staggs. 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Ethridge Church of Christ. Funeral services will be conducted at Ethridge Church of Christ at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2026, with Kirt Hughett officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Ethridge, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to Hope Haven Pregnancy Center. Condolences may be sent by way of our website at
