The Tennessee Highway Patrol says troopers are continuing enforcement efforts this week targeting school bus stop arm violations.
Officials say troopers are following school buses to monitor drivers who fail to stop when buses are loading or unloading children.
State law requires drivers to stop when approaching a school bus that is stopped with red lights flashing and the stop arm extended. Troopers say student safety remains a top priority.
