Jeffrey Lee Springer

Jeffrey Lee Springer, age 53, of Ethridge, TN passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was born in Illinois and a member of Destiny Church in Columbia, TN.  He loved camping, fishing, mechanics, woodworking, gardening, and was a jack of all trades.  Jeffrey served his country in the U.S. Marines.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harvey and Jane Gassaway; paternal grandmother, Della Hannah; and paternal grandfather, Jessie Springer.

He is survived by his parents, Jerry B. and Vetree Springer of Ethridge, TN; two daughters, Katie Bentley (James) of Montana, and Julie Cotton (Evan) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Riley Springer (Katie) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one grandson, Elias Springer; one granddaughter, Charlee Cotton; and one sister, Denise Springer of Ethridge, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Friday, April 24, 2026, with Steven Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
