Lauderdale Authorities Seize 191 Dogs From Neglect Sitation

Officials with Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department and the Florence-Lauderdale Animal Services seized 191 dogs from a residence on County Road 112 last week due to an on-going investigation into animal neglect.  The dogs had been kept in subpar living conditions.  The two-day operation to relocate the animals resulted in all 191 dogs being moved to the Florence-Lauderdale and the Colbert County Animal Shelters.  Charges are pending in the case.
