Nora Bell Ferrell Scott

Nora Bell Ferrell Scott , age 89 of Lexington, AL passed away Wednesday April 1, 2026 at home after a brief illness.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a former beautician, a subsititute teacher, and a homemaker. She was a member of Bonnertown United Methodist Church.  Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00 pm.  Bobby Gobble will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Bonnertown Cemetery.  

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.

Survivors are:

2 Grandchildren-              Alex Scott (Morgan)

                                           Sydney Scott

1 Great Grandchild-       Baker Scott

Preceded in death by: Husband- Sam Scott

Parents- Dock Talmadge & Roma Yarbrough Scott

5 Sisters- Essie Ferrell, Dessie Krompegal, Lovisa Birdyshaw, Vita Mae Owens, &

Dorothy Roper Ingram

Pallbearers will be: Jeffrey Owens, Talmadge Roper, Anthony Simpson,

Cory Birdyshaw, Chris Lumpkins
