Lumber Liquidators to Create 76 Jobs in Lawrence County

The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development is expected to formally announce that Lumber Liquidators will create 76 new jobs in Lawrence County following a $32.4 million investment, according to the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.

The company’s new facility, located on Motivation Drive in Lawrenceburg, will span more than 500,000 square feet. Construction on the site is nearing completion, with the facility expected to open this summer.

Local officials say the project represents a significant investment in the area and will bring new employment opportunities to Lawrence County.

Doss Brothers Construction was also recognized for its work on the project, recently earning the Tennessee Concrete Association’s “Slab of the Year” award.
