Bobby Joe Thompson

Bobby Joe Thompson, age 80 of Minor Hill, passed away Friday March 20, 2026 at his home.

Bobby Joe was born December 28, 1945 in Lester, AL to Morgan F. and Lena Pauline Adams Thompson. In his free time he liked to go coon and rabbit hunting, looking at antique cars, and loving on his dogs. Bobby Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Morgan and Pauline Thompson, his wife of 40yrs. Sarah Elizabeth Thompson, son Bobby Scott Thompson, and his brother Charles Thompson.

Visitation will 12-2 pm Wednesday March 25, 2026 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with Funeral to follow at 2 pm. Interment will be in Minor Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include his sons Kevin Thompson and Chaz Thompson (Caytlin) all of Pulaski, daughter Trinna Thompson of Minor Hill, sisters Mable Thornton (Charles) of Minor Hill, Mereline Thornton of Athens, grandchildren Myles, Baylor, and Asher Thompson, numerous other relatives and friends.
