Allen Lee Garland

Allen Lee Garland, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, a member of Midway Church of Christ, retired from Murray Ohio Mfg., AutoZone, and Advanced Auto Parts. Mr. Garland was a former reserve police officer for the Lawrenceburg Police Department. 

He was preceded in death by his father; Carl Garland; and one son, Dustin Lee “Dusty” Garland. 

He is survived by his wife Rita Clayton Garland of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter, Vanessa Ray of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Caleb Garland (Hannah) of Lawrenceburg, TN; mother, Ruby Self Garland of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, Larry Garland (Rodney) of Nolensville, TN; seven grandchildren, Kyle Garland, Dalen Garland, Jerry Allen Garland (Sumer), Kaitlin Morris, Annaleese Ray, Billi Ray, and Ruby Ray; one grandchild on the way; and one great–grandchild, Dustin River Garland. 

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday, March 23, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Graveside service and interment will be conducted at Macedonia Cemetery at 12:30 PM Monday, March 23, 2026, with Leslie Shadrick officiating.
