ORDINANCE NO. 1449

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 789 ENTITLED THE “ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, TENNESSEE”

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE 

CITY OF LAWRENCEBURG, TENNESSEE, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION 

UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION I: Pursuant to the positive recommendation of the Planning Commission of 

the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, a portion of the property belonging to CSR located 

just North of intersection of Good Hope road and US 43 North in Lawrenceburg, TN.  Approximately 23 acres of said property is in city limits (Track 3) and currently zoned C-3.          The proposal is to change the C-3 (Commercial) Zoning to R-4 (High-Density Residential 

District).
