Joint Operation in Hardin County Results in Arrest

A joint operation through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department, Savannah Police Department, 24^th Judicial District Drug Task Force and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation led to a search of a home on Hackney Lane in Counce.  Seized were marijuana, a variety of pills, methamphetamine, a firearm with ammo and accessories, more than $400 in cash and several items of drug paraphernalia.  As a result, George Davis McPherson, Jr., was issued multiple drug and drug distribution charges, as well as possession of edibles, possession of drug paraphernalia and being an armed and dangerous felon.
