Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing on the proposed annexation of non-contiguous territory into the City of Lawrenceburg by owner consent, along with approval of a Plan of Services for approximately 15.65 acres located at the corner of Tripp Road and Mt. Ararat Road, at 330 Tripp Road, Lawrenceburg.

The public hearing on resolutions concerning the proposed annexation and Plan of Services for 330 Tripp Road will be held Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Meeting Room at the Lawrenceburg Municipal Building, 25 Public Square, Lawrenceburg.

A minimum of three copies of the resolutions and the proposed Plan of Services are available for inspection at the main reception window of the Lawrenceburg Municipal Building during regular business hours.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
