Joseph Benjamin Augustin Jr.

Joseph Benjamin Augustin Jr. , age 83 of Loretto, TN passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026 at home.  He was a native of Lawrence County,TN, a veteran of the National Guard, a retired teacher from the Lawrence County School System working at South Lawrence and West Highland, and a member of Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 10:00 am.  Father Daniel Steiner and Father Kevin Dowling will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Loretto Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.  

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday February 23, 2026 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.

Preceded In Death By: Parents- Joe & Louella Brown Augustin

Brothers- Ray, Louis, & Tom Augustin

Sisters- Katherine Reddy, Dena Marks, Marie Kress, Ruby Augustin, 

Margie Krick, Lurene Krick, Alberta Joiner, Sue Faulkner, & Bet Fox

Austin Willbanks, Ryan Kress, Erik Snider, & Greg Corum
