District 12AAA Basketball Tournament Underway at Tullahoma High

The District 12AAA basketball tournament continued this week at Tullahoma High School. In the semifinals on Friday, February 20, the girls’ teams saw Giles County defeat Tullahoma 50-40, while Lawrence County beat Franklin County 52-40. On the boys’ side, Tullahoma defeated Lawrence County 72-54, and Giles County edged Marshall County 63-59.

The tournament resumes with the girls’ consolation game between Tullahoma and Franklin County at 6 p.m. on Monday, February 23, followed by the girls’ championship game, Giles County vs. Lawrence County, at 7:30 p.m. On Tuesday, February 24, the boys’ consolation game between Lawrence County and Marshall County is scheduled for 6 p.m., with the championship game, Tullahoma vs. Giles County, at 7:30 p.m.
