Former Huntsville Pastor Sentenced in Embezzlement Case

A former Huntsville pastor has been sentenced to serve five years in prison after pleading guilty in October to wire fraud and filing a false tax return.  Adrian Derrell Davis reportedly embezzled more than $43,000 from All Nations Worship Assembly between 2018 and 2020, using the funds to purchase two vehicles and pay off the balance of his personal credit card.  The card had been used to purchase numerous luxury items for personal use.  He then failed to report the embezzled funds on his tax returns during that time period, claiming that his extra income came from speaking engagements.  The case was investigated through the IRS and US Secret Service.
