Jantzen Kelly Promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Lawrence County Chamber

The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce has promoted Jantzen Kelly from Controller to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective Feb. 4, 2026.

Kelly will continue overseeing the Chamber’s financial operations while taking on expanded responsibility for internal operations, organizational strategy, and day-to-day management. She will work closely with President & CEO Ryan Egly to support the Chamber’s mission and operational effectiveness across all departments.

Kelly joined the Chamber in September 2023 and previously spent nearly a decade in the banking industry. She holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin and served on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, including two years on the Finance Committee.

Egly praised Kelly’s promotion, noting her financial expertise, sound judgment, and team-focused approach. Kelly said she looks forward to strengthening operational excellence and delivering value to Chamber members and partners.
