Junior Lee Stutts

Junior Lee Stutts, 82, of Lexington, AL, passed away February 5, 2026. Junior was a retired Machine Operator and member of Center Hill Church of Christ. Junior loved tinkering with weed eaters and lawnmowers in his free time. He loved gardening, growing fruit trees, and anything to do with being outdoors. Most of all, he loved and enjoyed being around his grandkids.

Junior is survived by: 

Son: Richard Lee Stutts (Keena)

Daughter: Melanie Heupel

Brother: Herman Stutts (Barbara)

Grandchildren: Katlyn Heupel (Taylor Moreland), Hayden Lee Stutts (Madison), Emily Nelson (Abe), and Chase Smith (Macyn)

Greatgrandchildren: Stella Moreland and Aubrey Leigh Stutts

He was preceded in death by:

Parents: Grady Stutts and Cecile Carlene Simpson Stutts

Brother: Harold Stutts

Visitation will be Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 12:30 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:30 P.M. with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. Burial will be in Henry Stutts Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and family.

Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
