LCSAP Coalition Reports 2025 Impact Across Lawrence County

The Lawrence County Substance Abuse Prevention (LCSAP) Coalition released its 2025 achievement data, highlighting its work in prevention education, stigma reduction, community connection, resource connection, and advocacy.

According to the coalition, 244 citizens were connected to treatment or recovery services through the Region 5 South Hybrid Lifeline Program. The organization also served 4,790 families through its Drug Endangered Children’s Program.

In addition, LCSAP distributed 35,600 prevention education materials, resource connection materials, and prescription lockboxes to Lawrence County residents. Staff and volunteers recorded 3,200 interactions with local or Region 5 South citizens related to prevention or resource connection efforts and hosted or participated in 63 community events.

LCSAP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on growing a safe, healthy, and drug-free Lawrence County.
