Guatemala Citizen Arrested For Soliciting Child Sex

Authorities in Limestone County, Alabama have arrested Guatemala citizen Juan Jose Morales, age 22, for soliciting a child online.  Morales initiated online contact with a person he believed to be a minor and solicited child sexual abuse material while arranging an in-person meeting with the intention of engaging in sex acts.  When he arrived at the meeting place, Morales was arrested on charges of electronic solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child for unlawful sex acts.  An Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold has been issued in the case.
