Mary Ann Young

Mary Ann Young, age 86 of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday January 7, 2026 at Ivy Crest Assisted Living.

Mary Ann was born in Pulaski, TN on September 25, 1939 to John and Mildred Birdsong Owen. She retired from Genesco and was a former employee of the Pencil Factory in Lewisburg. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Owen; husband Paul Young; son Mike Young; brother Gary Kirk Owen; brother-in-law Johnny Dickey.

Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm on Saturday January 10, 2026 at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home with the Funeral Service following beginning at 12pm. Interment will be in Pisgah Cemetery.

Mary Ann is survived by her sons Doug Young (Kim) of Lawrenceburg, Gregg Young of Pulaski, Jon Young (Traci) of Pulaski; brother Thomas Leslie Owen (Patsy) of Pulaski; sister Betty Sue Dickey of Pulaski; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
