Wayne County Fugitive Captured

A most wanted fugitive from Wayne County has been apprehended by authorities in Lauderdale County, Alabama.  The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department had sought the whereabouts of 29-year-old James Michael Vaughn in connection with charges of rape and a parole violation.  After law enforcement agencies in surrounding jurisdictions were alerted, Vaughn was subsequently arrested in Lauderdale County early Wednesday morning.
