SCTDD Engages with Space Force Association on Regional Planning

The South Central Tennessee Development District (SCTDD) recently joined the Space Force Association at the Spacepower Conference to learn more about the rapidly growing space industry and its workforce needs.

With U.S. Space Command relocating to Huntsville, AL, SCTDD anticipates significant regional impacts, especially in the southernmost counties. The organization plans to work closely with affected counties to support smart regional planning and identify grant opportunities as needed.
