Teresa Ruth Fulks

Teresa Ruth Fulks, age 69 of Covington, TN passed away Tuesday December 2, 2025 at Signature Healthcare in Memphis, TN. She was a native of Chicago, IL, a factory worker, and of the Methodist faith.   Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Loretto Memorial Chapel  .
