THP Schedules Sobriety Checkpoints in Giles and Wayne Counties

The Tennessee Highway Patrol will conduct sobriety checkpoints on Friday, December 12. In Giles County, a checkpoint will be set up on U.S. Highway 31 near the 14-mile marker. In Wayne County, troopers will operate a checkpoint on State Route 13 North at the U.S. 64 underpass. Motorists traveling through these areas are encouraged to use caution and allow extra time.
