She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Horace and Margie Swafford Peppers; her devoted husband, William Lee Jennings; her loving sons, Timothy and Mark Jennings; and her dear brother, Don Peppers. Her legacy of love and nurturing, however, continues through her family.
Barbara’s professional life was as full and vibrant as her personal life. As the owner of Vulco Auto Supply, she was known for her keen business and her tireless work ethic. Barbara’s commitment to her community extended beyond her business, as she was a dedicated member of the Ethridge First Baptist Church. Her faith was an integral part of her life, and she served with joy as a faithful member of the Noah’s Ark Ministry, where she touched many lives through her service and unwavering faith.
Those who knew Barbara will fondly remember her love for cooking. Barbara also found solace and joy in her garden, where she cultivated not only flowers and vegetables but also a sense of peace and beauty that she shared with all who visited. Her love for canning allowed her to preserve the bounty of her garden and share it with others, a testament to her generous spirit.
