Sharon Ann Trapp Fisher passed away peacefully on November 22, 2025, in Florence, Alabama. Born on July 22, 1959, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Sharon’s life was a testament to the strength and compassion that she embodied every day.
Sharon was the cherished wife of Randall G. Fisher, with whom she shared a beautiful and enduring love of 32 years. Together, they built a life filled with joy and laughter in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. She was a loving mother to her two daughters, Rachel Fisher Thompson (Jessie) of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, and Laura Fisher Coyle of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Her role as a grandmother was one she held dear, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for her granddaughter, Kyleigh Wallace, and grandsons, Isaac Coyle and Paxton Thompson.
Though she was preceded in death by her parents, Denver L. and Mary Chapman Trapp, her sister, Debbie Trapp, and her granddaughter, Harper Thompson, Sharon’s spirit of generosity and kindness lives on through her family and all who knew her.
Sharon dedicated her life to her family, serving as a homemaker with unwavering commitment and grace. Her involvement with the Real Love Community Baptist Church in Florence, Alabama, was a reflection of her deep Christian faith, which guided her through life’s journey. Sharon’s faith was the cornerstone of her existence, and she spread the light of her beliefs through her actions and words.
Her interests and activities were many, but all who knew Sharon understood that her greatest passion was for her family and her church community. She was a woman of quiet strength, always ready to lend a hand or offer a word of support to those in need.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 26, 2025, with Mickey Brackin and Andy Long officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
