On Thursday, November 20, Lawrence County Fire Rescue responded to five calls for service, including two structure fires and one vehicle fire.

Shortly after 11:00 a.m., units were dispatched to Ramah Road in the Center Point Fire District for a report of a shop fire. First arriving units found a fully involved shop building with a nearby residence approximately 75 feet away. Firefighters protected the residential structure while extinguishing the shop. Due to limited water supply, suppression efforts relied on a tanker shuttle. No injuries were reported.

Responding units included Center Point Engine 12, Tanker 20, South East Tanker 21, Leoma Engine 12, Leoma Tanker 20, LCFR Engine 17, and Loretto Engine 1.
