Three Arrested In Huntsville Robbery

Three people were recently arrested in Huntsville in connection with a robbery on Bonnell Drive.  The victim reported that his firearm had been stolen by some people he had just met, and one of them began to threaten him with it.  He told Huntsville Police officers that he had run from the scene, but the people had chased him.  Investigation led them to arrest 26-year-old Xavier Dequinn Smith of Madison along with 23-year-old Keishone Varcel Matthews of Huntsville, and 21-year-old Kendrick Rashawn Gowdy of Huntsville. The firearm, along with several others, was recovered, and all three were arrested on robbery charges.
