A 2017 Polaris Razer EXP all-terrain vehicle was reported stolen Sunday morning from a campsite on Anderson Creek Road. According to the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the victim, a 25-year-old resident of Cumberland Furnace, told officers that he and friends had left the site around 8 a.m. to retrieve another vehicle. When they returned around 9:35 a.m., they discovered the Gray-and-Black Polaris Razer missing. WLX is reporting that the vehicle is valued at $10,000. The victim reported the theft to 911 and was advised to notify his insurance provider immediately. Authorities are investigating.
